1. Access

The application is a private tool intended solely for authorized Marcarelli Consulting staff. Access requires a valid account issued by Marcarelli Consulting. Sharing credentials or attempting unauthorized access is prohibited.

2. Permitted use

The application may be used only to manage keyword ranking data for Marcarelli Consulting clients. You agree not to use the application to violate any applicable law, infringe on the rights of others, or interfere with the application's operation.

You retain ownership of any data you enter into the application. By connecting a Google account, you authorize the application to read and write data in the specific Google Sheet you configure, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account.

5. Availability

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Marcarelli Consulting does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific results. Ranking data is retrieved from third-party providers and reflects their reporting.
